Repair Department Coordinator – Keep Our Operations Running Smoothly
Location: 5190 Towles Road, Hollywood, SC 29449 (In-Office, Local Candidates Only)
Wage: Hourly: $23–$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM

What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

As the Repair Department Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in keeping our service department efficient, organized, and customer-focused.

Scheduling & Coordination

Coordinate repair schedules based on technician availability and customer needs
Maintain accurate, real-time updates within our scheduling system
Communicate with field technicians to ensure work orders are completed on schedule and adjusted as needed

Customer Communication & Problem Solving

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by providing updates and answering questions
Communicate clearly regarding scheduling, invoicing, and service progress
Notify customers of any schedule changes while setting clear expectations for timelines and costs

Repair Orders & Invoicing

Create and manage repair work orders with accurate documentation
Generate invoices for completed work and coordinate with accounting on discrepancies
      Monitor open work orders and follow through to ensure tasks are completed

Inventory Management

Reconcile truck inventory for repair technicians
Monitor parts and tool usage to maintain proper stock levels
Coordinate replenishment of materials as needed

Performance & Quality Control

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including completion rates and rescheduled jobs
Support technicians with work order closeout and next-day planning
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and timely

What We're Looking For

Customer service professional with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent communicator with polished phone, email, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and scheduling software
Highly organized multitasker who can balance multiple priorities effectively
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
