Your Role - Provide outstanding customer service, generate sales and support the management team
- Re-screen windows and doors
- Cut glass, plexiglass and PVC pipe to customers’ expectations
- Key cutting according to customers’ requests
- Respond to customers’ questions by providing knowledgeable information about the store and its services and products requirements
About You - Possess product knowledge of the hardware industry in general
- Must have past experience in cutting glass and rescreening
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and provide attention to detail
- Able and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
- Tasks involve the ability to exert moderate, though not constant physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Must be able to frequently lift loads up to 40 lbs. unassisted and over 40 pounds with assistance.
- Handle sharp tools with safety and expertise
- Pick up, move, deliver to customers’ vehicles screens, pipe, glass
