Your Role
Provide outstanding customer service, generate sales and support the management team Re-screen windows and doors Cut glass, plexiglass and PVC pipe to customers' expectations Key cutting according to customers' requests Respond to customers' questions by providing knowledgeable information about the store and its services and products requirements
About You
Possess product knowledge of the hardware industry in general Must have past experience in cutting glass and rescreening Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and provide attention to detail Able and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business Tasks involve the ability to exert moderate, though not constant physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Ability to stand for an extended period of time Must be able to frequently lift loads up to 40 lbs. unassisted and over 40 pounds with assistance. Handle sharp tools with safety and expertise Pick up, move, deliver to customers' vehicles screens, pipe, glass
