Repair Technician
Location: Ozark, MO (In Office)
Hours: Monday through Friday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)
Diagnose, repair, calibrate, test, and maintain orbital welding equipment while ensuring high-quality workmanship, accurate documentation, and safe shop practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment Evaluation & Repair
Diagnose and troubleshoot weld heads, power supplies, water coolers, facing tools, saws, cables, pendants, and related equipment to identify failure modes.
Perform mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware repairs.
Complete preventative maintenance, calibrations, and functional testing.
Verify repaired equipment meets company quality standards prior to shipment.
Document inspection findings, repairs, testing results, and recommendations electronically.
Production & Quality
Follow schedules and repair priorities established by the Coordinators.
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Follow established repair procedures and quality control processes.
Shop Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety policies, PPE requirements, and 5S standards.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in technical training and advance through the technician development program.
Support process improvements and share knowledge with team members.
Demonstrate integrity, honesty, accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in all responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.
Basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation skills.
Ability to think critically.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds regularly.
Maintain dependable attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
Take direction from supervisors and senior technicians while working independently when required.
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to position and employment generally.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and expectations to the benefit of the organization and co-workers.
Productively and positively contribute to our goal of maintaining a safe, healthy, productive, and enjoyable workplace.
