Role Description The Repair Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM. This role involves diagnosing issues with mobile devices and related electronics, performing repairs such as component replacements, and conducting equipment maintenance to ensure reliable operation. The Repair Technician will interact directly with customers to explain repair needs, provide status updates, and support a positive service experience. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, documenting work performed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following company repair standards and safety guidelines. The technician will collaborate with team members to manage repair queues, meet turnaround times, and uphold quality and customer satisfaction goals.
