Repair Technician

Job Title: Repair Technician I

Type of Role: Contract to Hire

Shift / Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Location: Campbell, CA

Hourly Range: $25 - $28/hr

Role and Responsibilities:

• Test server components to meet our qualified testing standards.
• Flashing of firmware on parts including motherboard, add-on cards, and storage devices.
• Diagnose defective servers and components to discover the root cause of issues.
• Assemble and disassemble hardware components.
• Communicate with multiple departments.

Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with Spreadsheets, data entry, and formulas
• Ability to research and self-diagnose issues
• Understanding of computer components and accessories
• Ability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime if needed
• Understanding of computer components and accessories
• Need to understand how to document and use excel spreadsheet
