TMJ Construction Services is hiring a Repair Technician
TMJ Construction Services is growing and we are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and has experience working on exterior repairs. The Repair Technician will inspect, diagnose, and complete repairs on roofing and siding projects while ensuring quality workmanship and a smooth experience for our customers.

Responsibilities include:
- Inspect roofs and siding to identify damage, leaks, and structural issues
- Perform repairs on roofing systems (shingles, metal, and flat roofs) and siding (vinyl, wood, fiber cement)
- Remove and replace damaged materials safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, and install materials with precision
- Ensure all work meets TMJ quality standards and local building codes
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers about job progress and findings
- Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection and ladder safety
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- 1-3 years of construction or exterior repair experience preferred
- Experience with roofing and siding repairs is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
