Responsibilities
Repair and test electro-mechanical components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies
Troubleshoot and identify product malfunctions
Disassemble, clean, assemble, and refurbish products
Follow written and verbal work instructions
Use basic hand tools and testing equipment
Report recurring quality issues
Follow safety, quality, and ESD procedures
Work in a team-oriented production environment
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, repair, electronics, or mechanical work preferred
Basic computer skills a plus
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Reliable transportation required
