Job Summary
Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment while supporting shop operations, process improvements, and team coordination. This role also provides guidance to junior technicians and ensures compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Job Description
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment to meet customer and quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians on complex repairs
  • Monitor daily shop performance and assign work plans to meet production and delivery goals
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, equipment status, and work progress
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Identify process improvements and support lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Manage shop consumables, inventory levels, and chemical compliance
  • Participate in team meetings to review KPIs, production goals, and workflow challenges
  • Perform Return to Service (RTS) inspections to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving documentation or repair-related issues
Required Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in electronics repair or maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and procedures
  • Experience working with hand tools and electronic components
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
