As a Repairs Coordinator your impact is two-fold: For the customer, your goal is to ensure every repair request and service call is handled promptly and professionally, from the first phone call to the follow-up after the job is done. For the team, your goal is to keep the Hydraulic Repairs Department organized and on track. You'll manage schedules, coordinate service call logistics, maintain accurate records, and make sure our technicians have what they need to do their best work.
