We are hiring for a Computer Tech I position at our premier facility located at 1000 Hixson Blvd, Lebanon, TN. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for tech-savvy individuals looking to gain hands-on experience with software and hardware.

The Role: You will be working with laptops, focusing on basic software imaging and connectivity.

• What You’ll Do: Using your basic computer skills, you will connect cables to laptops to allow essential programs to download and install. You will be responsible for following technical instructions accurately.

• Physical Requirements: While this is a tech-focused role, you must still be able to stand, walk, bend, and scoop/reach when necessary.

Important Requirements:

• Citizenship: Due to the nature of this facility, you must be a U.S. Citizen and provide a Birth Certificate or Passport.

• Security: This is a high-security facility. No cell phones or electronics allowed. You will pass through a metal detector daily (airport-style).

• Facilities: Lockers are available (please bring your own lock). Only clear water bottles are allowed on the floor.

• Communication: We can get you started quickly, but your start date depends on you. We need candidates who stay in communication and complete their onboarding steps promptly.
