Location: Union City, GA

Pay: $19.50/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM

We're seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee parcel sortation and dock operations in Union City, GA. This role plays a critical part in ensuring parcels move accurately and efficiently through the lifecycle - from label creation and sortation to staging and outbound loading.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor parcel lifecycle: label creation, Panda sortation, staging, and dock loading

• Conduct regular Gaylord audits for accuracy and compliance

• Oversee dock management to ensure timely staging and shipment readiness

• Report parcel lifecycle and dock performance metrics to management

• Troubleshoot equipment or workflow issues with support teams

• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards

• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience required

• Experience with parcel sortation, dock operations, or fulfillment logistics preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with WMS

• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs (and occasionally up to 75 lbs)

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Must pass a pre-employment background check
