Description: Lead the adoption of AI-native software engineering practices across the enterprise by helping business and technology teams identify high-value opportunities, redesign development workflows, establish governance, and accelerate software delivery using Replit. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, architecture, security, and platform teams.
Key Responsibilities AI Native Transformation
Drive enterprise adoption of AI Native Engineering practices.
Assess current software delivery processes and identify AI automation opportunities.
Develop AI engineering roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Define adoption strategy across functions and product teams.
Consulting & Discovery
Conduct discovery workshops with business and engineering teams.
Identify candidate applications for AI-assisted modernization.
Prioritize use cases based on business value and technical feasibility.
Develop business cases and ROI assessments.
Operating Model
Define AI-native SDLC processes.
Establish engineering standards and reusable development patterns.
Design governance models for AI-generated code.
Define developer workflows using Replit.
Stakeholder Management
Work with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure.
Present recommendations to senior leadership.
Drive organizational change management.
Enablement
Conduct training sessions.
Develop best practices.
Create reusable playbooks.
Mentor engineering teams.
