Required Skills: Must be proficient in SQL, data cleaning, normalization, and data aggregation techniques. Must have expertise in a specific reporting tool. Must understand database management systems and data warehousing concepts. Able to communicate well with customers, technical staff, and management. Able to establish and execute software test plans. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Intelligence Certificate. Experience in Health Services and Social Services is a plus. Experience with Electronic Health Records Systems (EHR) systems is a plus.
