Job SummaryThe Report Processor is responsible for performing quality control on medical-legal reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards. This role involves reviewing transcription, verifying data, and coordinating with physicians and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate report delivery. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage reports for assigned accountsProofread reports for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall clarityVerify accuracy of transcription, data, and medical-legal informationReview report details for completeness and consistencyCommunicate effectively with physicians to ensure report completion and resolve discrepanciesMonitor report timelines, track deadlines, and follow up as neededCollaborate with internal departments to maintain an efficient workflowIdentify issues and apply problem-solving skills to improve processesHelp optimize production workflows to ensure timely delivery of reportsMaintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulationsMonitor, review, and provide feedback on assigned accounts Qualifications & RequirementsStrong written, verbal, and listening communication skillsProven ability to communicate clearly and professionallyProficiency with basic computer software (MS Office Suite, ShareFile, Google Calendar, and related tools)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBilingual skills preferred Preferred ExperienceExperience in Workersâ Compensation and/or medical-legal environmentsFamiliarity with medical terminology and reporting standards KPG123K
