FULL DESCRIPTION:
Report Processor Responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls for appointments and follow ups regarding worker's comp case status
- Schedule patient appointments
- Book re-schedules and cancellations as needed
- Update paper and digital patient charts on EMR
- Support Deposition department with deposition formatting and filing
- Provide updates to doctors/attorneys as requested
Intake and Deposition Floater Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish a huge plus
- Good spelling/grammar/punctuation skills
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong administrative and filing background
- Experience with medical scheduling or heavy phone customer service
$18-$20 DOE
