Job Description
Our Client, a Retail and Departmental Stores company, is looking for a Reporting Analyst - Intermediate for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:- Reporting Strategy & Discovery:
- Conduct an enterprise-wide inventory of existing recruiting reports
- Meet with recruiting leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Identify duplicate, outdated, and redundant reports
- Prioritize report development based on business impact
- Develop a Talent Acquisition reporting roadmap
- Report Development:
- Design, build, validate, and deploy reports within iCIMS
- Create operational, tactical, and executive-level dashboards
- Develop recruiter, manager, and leadership reporting packages
- Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues
- Optimize report performance and usability
- Dashboard Development:
- Develop dashboards supporting metrics including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Time-to-Hire
- Source Effectiveness
- Candidate Pipeline Health
- Requisition Aging
- Recruiter Productivity
- Interview Activity
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Hiring Volume
- Diversity Recruiting Metrics
- Funnel Conversion
- SLA Performance
- Reporting Governance:
- Establish report naming conventions
- Create reporting standards and documentation
- Develop report definitions and data dictionaries
- Build a centralized report catalog
- Recommend reporting best practices
- Improve reporting consistency across recruiting teams
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
- Document report logic and business rules
- Create end-user guides
- Train Talent Acquisition teams on new reports and dashboards
- Support rollout across Corporate, Bangalore, and Store recruiting organizations
Requirements:- 5+ years of HRIS or Talent Acquisition reporting experience
- 3+ years of advanced iCIMS reporting experience
- Demonstrated experience building complex reports and dashboards in iCIMS
- Experience gathering business requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition operations and recruiting workflows
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise Talent Acquisition organizations
- Experience supporting high-volume retail recruiting
- Experience with global recruiting operations
- Experience working with offshore recruiting teams
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms
- Knowledge of recruiting KPIs and workforce analytics
- Experience documenting reporting governance and standards
