Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to support enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Splunk, AWS QuickSight, data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting governance.

The role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop dashboards and reports, analyze data, and ensure accurate and consistent business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for reporting and analytics.

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards.

• Work with Tableau, Power BI, Splunk, and AWS QuickSight.

• Analyze data and develop meaningful KPIs and business metrics.

• Create and maintain data models and reporting datasets.

• Validate data accuracy, quality, and consistency.

• Support executive and operational reporting requirements.

• Work with data and technical teams to integrate multiple data sources.

• Identify reporting issues and troubleshoot data discrepancies.

• Follow data governance, security, and access-control standards.

• Support reporting automation and process improvements.

• Document reporting processes, requirements, and technical solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective reporting solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.

• Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.

• Experience with AWS QuickSight and/or Splunk.

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs.

• Understanding of data modeling and reporting architecture.

• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work with technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS S3 and Athena.

• Experience with enterprise reporting environments.

• Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics and natural language reporting.

• Experience with executive dashboards and business intelligence solutions.

• Familiarity with data standardization and metadata management.
