Entry Reporting Analyst

Pay Range: $19-21/hr - w2 only

100% Remote

4 month contract with potential to extend

Job Description: Job Overview:

The Analyst, Consolidated Reporting, is responsible for supporting the firms oversight and reporting functions through the review and validation of advisor-submitted reports and reported assets. The role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of reported data by verifying that all supporting documentation is received and appropriately substantiates the figures entered by advisors. The Analyst identifies discrepancies, documentation gaps, and reporting concerns, and partners with internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions and maintain compliance with firm policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

Duties and Responsibilities May Include:

• Review assets and ensure proper documentation has been received to validate that data.
• Ensure Advisors are meeting the standards and requirements set by regulatory agencies and LPL
• Act proactively to identify and escalate potential issues or risks
• Report status of assigned projects and make management aware of roadblocks which might impact the timeliness of completion
• Assist in the creation and execution of initiatives to improve and streamline procedures
• Keep current with firm-wide and financial services industry regulations; ability to interpret firm policies and procedures and incorporate into daily processes
• Provide backup to other team members with various projects, tasks or cross training needs
• Communicate directly with financial advisors, supervisory personnel, and internal business partners to obtain information, clarify transaction details, and resolve deficiencies.
• Provide guidance and education to advisors regarding annuity submission requirements, supervisory expectations, and firm procedures.

• A passion for improving processes so they can be followed easily and lead to excellent results
• Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment and be flexible with work schedule
• Ability to manage simultaneous cases through effective planning, organization, and persistent follow-up
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Time management and prioritization
• Advisor-facing customer serviceQualifications:

Experience with all Microsoft applications, particularly, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Experience using Smartsheet
