Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Reporting & Automation Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, reporting automation, and ITSM/ITIL. Responsible for developing dashboards, automating reports, and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop executive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
  • Automate reporting using Power Automate, SQL, and scripting.
  • Analyze trends, SLAs, MTTR, backlogs, and service performance.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and present insights to leadership.
  • Support continual service improvement initiatives.

Preferred

  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Microsoft PL-300
  • Tableau Certification
  • ServiceNow Performance Analytics
  • Exposure to Dynatrace, Splunk, or Grafana.
