Overview

• Seeking a highly motivated transformation leader to drive reporting modernization| automation| and data strategy across the US Lending Operations (USLO) organization.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise in mortgage servicing and lending operations| combined with hands-on experience in reporting| analytics| and process transformation.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong US lending / mortgage servicing domain knowledge across retail and commercial/business lending.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Expertise in reporting transformation| automation| and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SQL| Power BI (or similar BI tools)| automation/scripting| and SharePoint development.
• Ability to design scalable| sustainable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Operations| Risk| Compliance| Technology| and Business teams.
• Experience developing and executing transformation roadmaps and managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead standardization of reporting across USLO.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Build scalable dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Define and implement long-term reporting and data strategies.
• Partner with business and control functions to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Identify and execute process improvement and transformation opportunities.
• Coach teams and promote best practices in reporting and analytics.
