Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or dashboard development.
- Hands-on experience developing enterprise dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience with data modeling, data transformation, data visualization, and dashboard design principles.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, dimensional data, and reporting concepts.
- Experience validating data and troubleshooting reporting discrepancies.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical reporting solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting and analytics requirements.
- Translate business requirements and KPIs into effective reporting solutions and visualizations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple data sources.
- Integrate reporting solutions with databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms, APIs, and other enterprise data sources.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot dashboard performance, data quality, refresh failures, and reporting issues.
- Optimize dashboards and datasets for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Establish and follow standards for dashboard design, naming conventions, documentation, security, and deployment.
