Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily onsite operations and ensure exceptional client experience. This entry-level role serves as the primary point of contact for customers by providing information, responding to inquiries, and assisting with various office service functions. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and able to work across multiple client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

+ Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.

+ Communicate potential issues, service concerns, or client escalations to management in a timely manner.

+ Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, text messages, and verbal requests from management and clients.

+ Assist in maintaining and updating Site Procedure Guides to ensure operational processes are properly documented.

+ Support a variety of onsite service functions, which may include:Copy/Print Production and Copy Center operationsCopier and office equipment maintenanceMailroom and courier servicesReception and office support servicesShipping and receiving operationsInventory managementWarehouse supportFile room and records management

+ Participate in cross-training initiatives to provide support across multiple service areas and accounts.

+ Provide coverage for multiple sites throughout the region as required.

+ Demonstrate flexibility to adjust schedules and work locations with limited notice.

+ Collaborate effectively with account teams to ensure seamless service transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

+ Less than one year of related customer service, administrative, office services, or operational support experience preferred.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Basic computer proficiency, including email and office applications.

+ Ability to work independently while following established procedures and guidelines.

+ Flexible and dependable with the ability to travel between assigned sites when needed.

Preferred Skills

+ Experience in office services, mailroom operations, print/copy services, reception, or records management.

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

+ Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and support multiple business functions.

Work Environment

This position requires onsite support and regional site coverage. Candidates must be adaptable and willing to work at different locations based on business needs while maintaining a high level of customer service and operational excellence.

Location- Freedom Valley Dr. Oaks, PA (onsite)

Work schedule: 1 _st_ Shift Mon-Fri 7:30- 4:30, 8-5, 8:30-5:30 and/or 9-6

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
