Our client is currently seeking a Representative, Customer Service

Job Title: Representative, Customer Service
Location: Remote (must be local to Englewood, NJ 07631)
Duration: 1+ Years
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 30-minute lunch. Remote role with occasional required visits to Englewood office.

About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting surgery product usage billing, validation, replenishment, and customer service activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to build relationships with hospital billing specialists, sales representatives, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bill for Surgery Product Usage
    • Enter purchase orders (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other EDI platforms) accurately.
    • Identify and push back incorrect or incomplete data submissions.
    • Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support billing inquiries.
    • Follow up with hospitals to collect purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Validate Surgery Product Usage
    • Check and validate accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases.
    • Support Sales Representatives with product usage discrepancies and pricing issues.
  • Replenish Surgery Product Usage
    • Use appropriate platforms to replenish surgery product usage cases.
    • Verify lot code reservations and resolve discrepancies.
    • Validate ship-to and replenishment locations with sales and operations partners.
  • Provide Sales Support
    • Build relationships with Sales Representatives and provide requested product/case information.
    • Assist with data entry into RepSuite/WebOps systems.
    • Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and fax, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide Customer Support Services
    • Serve as the customer-facing voice, delivering creative solutions to customer issues.
    • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
    • Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing processes.
Qualifications
  • Must live within driving distance of Englewood, NJ (07631).
  • Experience in customer service, billing, or healthcare product support preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to work within defined procedures and escalate issues appropriately.
