Overview:
Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinical medical records system. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a liaison between patients and hospital staff.

Required Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Education:
Completion of a Medical Terminology course.
Required Experience:
One to two (1–2) years of customer service experience.
Preferred Experience:
Two (2) years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage stressful situations professionally and courteously.
Basic knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Patient Population:
Responsible for providing service to patients across all age groups.
