Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support related to sales, promotions, installations, and general inquiries. This role ensures strong customer relationships are maintained by resolving claims and complaints fairly, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable consumer laws. The position also contributes to customer education initiatives and continuous improvement efforts based on feedback and survey results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for sales, promotions, product installations, and communications
  • Address customer inquiries, claims, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all resolutions comply with company policies and consumer protection laws
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and deliver a high level of service
  • Support and participate in organization-wide customer education initiatives
  • Analyze customer feedback and surveys to help develop service improvement plans
  • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and work routines to perform daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge gained through experience, specialized education, or training
  • Basic understanding of customer service processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work within defined guidelines
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
