Primary responsibility for all sales activities in assigned accounts or territories.
Presents products and services to current and potential clients and obtains commitment.
Monitors the quality and timeliness consistency of product and service delivery and acts as an advocate for the client within the company.
Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing initiatives.
Independently identifies new sales prospects.
Prepare and delivers presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Develops and maintain sales materials.
Keeps current on product or service features and maintains awareness of competitive strengths and weaknesses.
Prepares paperwork to place orders, oversees fulfillment, identifies and resolves client concerns, and prepares a variety of status reports.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques in addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills is required.

This role will be for the sales support team, internal Rep assistance 1. Covers Sales Rep support phone line 2. Handles from line requests in a Sales Support queue, ensuring any requests outside responsibilities are then re-assigned to the correct teams request queue. 3. Assists with FIMS trouble shooting and/or questions from sales reps. 4. Maintains FIMS AIF, ensuring consignment orders will not remain stuck. Can also act as an SME for FIMS AIF for projects/enhancements to the system.
