We are hiring for Fulfillment Associates for our partner, Vestcom/Avery Dennison. This role is perfect for those who want to earn a steady paycheck but need the flexibility to choose which days they work!

Location: Conveniently located near I-24 at Centre point Dr, La Vergne, TN 37086. There are plenty of gas stations and places to eat nearby!
You Pick Your Days: We are flexible! Tell us your availability, and we will place you in our rotation for those specific days whenever work is available.
Pay: $17.00/hr with weekly pay.
Work Environment: Climate-controlled, light-duty warehouse.
Safety First: We take safety seriously! We provide your safety vest and glasses. (Requirement: You must provide your own steel-toed shoes).
The Role: You will be working in the fulfillment department, packing weekly ad flyers, pamphlets, and UPC pricing labels for Dollar General stores.
Physical Requirements: Work is light-duty (up to 45 lbs), but you must be able to stand for the full shift.
The Schedule: Shifts are generally 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We will work with your availability to schedule your shifts in our rotation.
Commitment: If you are scheduled for a day, you must commit to and complete the full shift. Reliability is mandatory—we are happy to work with you up to three times to find the right schedule, but consistent attendance is required to remain in our rotation.
Important Requirements:
Facility Access: This is a secure facility. You will be escorted in and out of the building. Clocking in and out is simple, and you only need to clock out for lunch if you are leaving the premises.
Safety Training: Safety is our #1 priority. Before you start, you must complete a mandatory safety briefing and training video at our office.
Screening: Must be able to pass a screening process, drug screen, and E-Verify check.
