We are hiring for Warehouse Associates for our partner, FedEx (Cardinal Health), located in the La Vergne/Smyrna area. We are looking for reliable team members to join this essential team focused on the careful sorting and distribution of life-saving medical products.

• Pay: $17.00/hr with weekly pay.

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (plus overtime when needed).

The Role: You will be working in a cold-storage environment (maintained between 50°F and 65°F) to ensure medical supplies reach their destinations on time.

• What You’ll Do: You will sort boxed vaccinations based on their shipping labels. You will organize products onto pallets by destination (e.g., grouping all shipments for Florida together) to prepare them for outbound logistics.

• Physical Requirements: You must be able to stand and walk for the full shift and comfortably lift items up to 45 lbs - 50lbs.

• Dress Code: Safety is our #1 priority. You must wear steel-toed shoes and be prepared to dress warmly to stay comfortable in the cold-storage environment.

• Reliability: We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in the accuracy of their work.

• Screening: Must be able to pass a screening process, drug screen, and E-Verify check.

• Communication: We can get you started quickly, but your start date depends on you. We need candidates who stay in communication and complete their onboarding steps promptly.
