    Description

    Description: The Contractor shall provide a Requirements Management Lead to elicit, document, validate, verify, track and ensure traceability of the contract and compliance capability requirements for the Sponsor and its mission partners, and work with development teams to ensure requirements are integrated into development lifecycles.

    Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field and ten (10) years of direct experience in requirement management for technical IT solutions projects • Highschool diploma and fifteen (15) years of combined experience in requirement management for technical IT solutions projects

    Requirements: • Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in a role such as a System Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Integrator for programs of similar scope or complexity • Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams • Experience conducting requirements elicitation, analysis, tracability validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirement to Agile Sprints for IT systems • Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews and ensuring documentation, coordination, analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of resulting IT system requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence

    Desired Skills: • Demonstrated domain knowledge of IT project management, system engineering, software engineering, software development • Experience designing and documenting information systems in DoDAF architecture models and views • Agile methodologies certification or experience leading Agile sprint planning • Experience supporting technical IT development teams in IC • Experience with successful execution of process improvement • Ten (10) years of experience working in ICSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
