This application is for volunteer rescue technicians with prior experience or certification. Those without experience or certification should apply for the Fire Academy. The Community Volunteer Fire Department is a response department that provides fire suppression, emergency medical services, and technical rescue response to an estimated population of 150,000 people within a geographic area of approximately 25 square miles. We are recruiting men and women who are dedicated to helping their fellow citizens. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to submit at least 8 days of availability per month (12-Hour Shifts, weeknights and weekends) with additional opportunities available.
