Position Summary
Research Analyst

Full-Time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain engaging, interactive dashboards and automated reports using business intelligence software and other reporting tools
- Extract and manipulate data from warehouse and enterprise systems using languages/tools such as SQL, R, or Python
- Collect and verify data to complete external surveys
- Assists in the completion of all required federal and state reporting
- Coordinate various internal survey projects, from design through data analysis and reporting
- Assists in the development of predictive models and other analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, business, math, or education
- Experience working with relational databases for data collection, analysis, and report writing
- Experience developing engaging and informative reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar platforms
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access
- Knowledge of research design and statistical analysis techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
