Job Summary The Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) Program is establishing a strategic partnership with materials-focused industries to strengthen and expand its research enterprise. This position will work in close collaboration with the MSE Program Director, Associate Directors, and program staff to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Participating in an MSE-led working group to define partnership goals and priorities
• Engaging with key stakeholders across campus to align institutional capabilities and opportunities
• Identifying and evaluating best practices from comparable academic-industry partnership models
• Collaborating closely with the MSE External Advisory Board to inform strategy development
• Identifying, developing, and cultivating new industry partnerships
• Preparing and presenting partnership plans and recommendations to MSE leadership

• PhD in Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of Post-Doctoral Research Associate work experience.
