Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>- Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments to support projects.
<\/span><\/li> - Apply technical expertise to design, execute, and interpret experiments aligned with project strategies.
<\/span><\/li> - Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
<\/span><\/li> - Present and discuss experimental results within the department and project teams.
<\/span><\/li> - Maintain a high level of scientific expertise by reviewing relevant literature and participating in conferences or professional societies.
<\/span><\/li> - Follow all applicable GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company policies.
<\/span><\/li> - Maintain complete, accurate laboratory documentation and electronic records.
<\/span><\/li> - Act as a principal investigator when conducting independent experiments.<\/span>
<\/li> - Designs a wide range of experimental protocols.
<\/span><\/li> - Executes bench experiments; makes detailed and general observations and analyzes data.
<\/span><\/li> - Identifies and implements improvements to work processes and laboratory environment.

B.S./B.A. in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
