We are seeking a<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Research Associate<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>to support research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments for diagnostic and cytology -based projects. This role involves designing and executing experimental protocols, analyzing results, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with<\/span> <\/span><\/span>GMP, GLP, and Design Control<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>standards. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous process improvements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Design and execute laboratory experiments and protocols with minimal supervision.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses; maintain accurate laboratory records.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Collaborate with cross -functional teams to support project planning and execution.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Train team members and ensure adherence to quality and documentation standards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Contribute to process improvements and identify innovative solutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Present experimental results and findings to team members and stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Required Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - 2–4 years of relevant laboratory experience<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>in R&D or manufacturing environments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Experience with laboratory techniques, experimental design, and data analysis.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Familiarity with<\/span> <\/span><\/span>GMP, GLP, and laboratory documentation practices<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Preferred Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Experience handling<\/span> <\/span><\/span>cytology specimens<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>and preparing cytology slides.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Hands -on experience with<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Hologic T2000<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>or<\/span> <\/span><\/span>BD Totalys<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>cytology systems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to review scientific literature and apply technical knowledge to projects.<\/span>
