Research Associate II

Job Title: Research Associate II - Pilot Plant
Location: Oro Valley, AZ
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: M-F normal business hours
Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00/hr
Type: 12-month contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis
• Responsible for interpreting experimental data, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, and documenting your findings to support our production lifecycle
• Play a key role in our Research Use Only (RUO) operations, supporting the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products destined for commercial distribution

• 2-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately
• Excel at relaying technical information effectively
• Solid grasp of industry best practices and compliance standards
• Prior experience working in a clinical or fast-paced laboratory setting (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with reagent formulation processes (preferred)
• Proficiency using SAP for inventory or production management (preferred)
