Research Associate II - Pilot Plant

The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team in the biotechnology industry where precision and innovation drive our laboratory operations. In this role, you will perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis. You will be responsible for interpreting experimental data, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, and documenting your findings to support our production lifecycle.

Beyond core lab duties, you will play a key role in our Research Use Only (RUO) operations, supporting the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products destined for commercial distribution.

• Experienced: You bring 2-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Analytical: You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately.
• A Clear Communicator: You excel at relaying technical information effectively.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a solid grasp of industry best practices and compliance standards.

Bonus Points

• Lab Expertise: Prior experience working in a clinical or fast-paced laboratory setting.
• Formulation Proficiency: Hands-on experience with reagent formulation processes.
• Systems Knowledge: Proficiency using SAP for inventory or production management.
