Seeking candidates with experience in primary cell culture from brain tissue under sterilized conditions; familiarity with different cell types of the CNS (neurons, microglia, and astrocyte) is important. Prior experience with qPCR, immunocytochemistry, confocal microscopy, and ELISAs is a plus, although not required.
