    • Experience in a collaborative team environment
Must have/Preferred – Spatial & Advanced Profiling (Requirement)
    • Hands-on experience with spatial transcriptomics or proteomics platforms, including one or more of: Phenocycler/CODEX (Akoya), COMET (Lunaphore), Visium (10x Genomics), CosMx (NanoString/Bruker), Xenium (10x Genomics), or comparable technologies
    • Familiarity with spatial assay workflows: antibody panel design, staining optimization, and image acquisition/analysis
    • Experience with single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) or bulk RNA/DNA sequencing using Illumina platforms
    • Familiarity with library preparation, sequencing workflows, DV200 test
    • Preferred – Histology/Pathology, Cell Culture (Secondary Preference)
    • Experience with multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF), IHC, or ISH workflows, particularly on automated autostainer platforms (e.g., Leica Bond, Ventana)
    • Basic proficiency in mammalian culture and standard laboratory assays including single cell cloning, CRISPR-Cas9, protein immunoblot and flow cytometry (4+ channels).
    Working Conditions:
    • The position is primarily in a laboratory environment and may involve working with hazardous materials, including human tissue and blood samples
    • Adherence to all relevant safety protocols and laboratory standards is required
     Please provide prescreening questions below:

    1. Describe your hands-on experience with any spatial transcriptomics or High-plex protein imaging platforms.
     2. What spatial, genomic, or histology workflows have you run independently?

    Must Have List
    • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering, chemistry, physics, math, computer sciences, or related fields
