Position OverviewResearch Associates conduct professional, phone-based interviews with key decision-makers at companies across North America in the logistics sector. These interviews capture candid feedback about respondents’ satisfaction with the companies they do business with, providing actionable insights for our clients. Work Schedule
Full-Time: 40 hours/week within office hours; shifts start at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM
Office Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
No evenings. No weekends.
A Day in the LifeAs a Research Associate, you will:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective contacts to gather industry insights
Complete interviews both on the spot and by scheduled appointment
Use active listening and probing techniques to clarify and expand responses
Ensure consistent interview quality across respondents
Confirm and update contact and company information
Manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously
Identify appropriate contacts and pursue alternate contacts or phone numbers as needed
Maintain awareness of time zones, internal schedules, and interview appointments
Enter interview responses accurately and in real time
Track, file, and document completed interviews
