Job Summary

The successful applicant for this position will help with Research Assistance in the Dolins Comparative Psychology Lab.

Responsibilities*

Responsibilities and Requirements for the Research Assistant Position:

• The role for this Research Assistant (RA) position is to assist Dr. Dolins, her lab manager, and

work with the research team in analyzing data, coding bonobo behaviors from film clips, and

collecting data with human participants, adults and children.

• The paid RAs will also help to supervise the volunteer RAs as they are trained in the lab methods.
• The focus of this project is to investigate primate cognition (human and nonhuman primates) using virtual reality.

Required Qualifications*

• Students from the University of Michigan
• Excellent organizational, analytic, and communication skills.
• The RA be able to devote a minimum 10 hours per week, however, we are generally flexible when these hours are worked.
