The Research & Community Engagement Coordinator supports the successful execution of clinical research studies while serving as a key liaison between research participants, the clinical research team, investigators, and the broader community. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging potentially eligible research participants, conducting prescreening activities, coordinating research appointments, supporting participant recruitment and retention, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of study documentation in accordance with research protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable federal regulations, and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). In addition to clinical research responsibilities, the Clinical Research & Community Engagement Coordinator serves as a community liaison for the Research Department and the BEAT-HIV Community Advisory Board (CAB).
