The Research & Development (R&D) Intern supports the R&D team in conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting in the development of new products, processes, or technologies. This role provides hands-on experience in innovation, problem-solving, and technical research within a collaborative environment. The Research & Development (R&D) Intern will: - Assist in planning and executing research experiments and tests
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from experiments and research activities
- Support the development and improvement of products, processes, or systems
- Conduct literature reviews and competitive research to support innovation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation of findings
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and quality departments
- Follow safety protocols, lab procedures, and company guidelines
- Perform or assist with any additional assignments as required
The Research & Development (R&D) Intern requirements: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or related discipline)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of research methods and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of specialized software is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Travel: Position does not require travel. Physical Functions/Environment: Physical requirements involve performing general office activities.
