Job Description: Operate multiple high pressure steam boilers in a pilot plant facility. Operate/monitor building utilities (Chiller, RO System, DI Skid, Air compressor, Nitrogen system). Coordinate Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance with outside contractors. Authoring work permits for onsite maintenance work. Conducting Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures on equipment/systems. Active Boiler license: Special Engineer or Class 2B classification. Previous production, plant or R&D experience. FDA process experience.

JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Animal Care Technician III is primarily responsible for the execution of approved protocols for animal studies in a safe, accurate and timely fashion. In this role, you will conduct research trials, create process models and perform statistical analysis using data collected that includes animal weight, feed information and various types of sample information. You will also be responsible for providing standard animal husbandry and housekeeping duties.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain cleanliness and perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot research or medical equipment to ensure proper protocols requirements.
Contribute to continuous evaluation and improvement of experimental methodology, daily routines and procedures.
Maintain safe working conditions in accordance to our safety program and animal welfare standards and comply with animal policies.
Execute predefined protocols and standard operation procedures, like feeding, sample collection, animal observation, disease recognition, accurate data compilation, observations, deviations and trial quality measurement are in time and in scope.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Proficient computer skills
Minimum of four years of related work experience
