Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field
- Food product development or food manufacturing R&D experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food formulation and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Product Development and R&D team.
- Manage new product development projects from concept through commercial production.
- Develop and improve food formulations, ingredients, and manufacturing processes.
- Partner with Quality, Production, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, labeling, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and product innovation.
