Research Engineers in Monetization AI develop large-scale model architectures, optimize training and signal scaling, and apply sequence learning and generative techniques for data augmentation. They design ML pipelines, collaborate on hardware-software co-design, and address data challenges using semi/self-supervised learning, domain adaptation, and large language models.
Qualifications include a degree in CS or related field, research experience in ML and recommender systems, coding skills in Python and PyTorch, and experience deploying scalable models. Preferred candidates hold advanced degrees, have peer-reviewed publications, experience with generative AI and responsible AI practices, and stay current with emerging AI tech.
