Research Engineers in Monetization AI develop large-scale models using scaling, transfer learning, and sequence learning, while designing generative solutions and ML pipelines. They collaborate across teams to optimize hardware-software efficiency, address data challenges with semi/self-supervised learning, and enhance system performance.
Minimum qualifications include a degree in a relevant field, ML research experience, proficiency in Python and PyTorch, and experience scaling models. Preferred qualifications involve a PhD, peer-reviewed publications, expertise in generative AI, responsible AI practices, and staying current with AI advancements.
