We are seeking a Research Engineer specializing in AI/ML/RecSys to advance personalized ad monetization by developing large-scale models, leveraging transfer learning, and implementing NextGen sequence learning techniques.
Responsibilities include designing scalable ML architectures, optimizing training and inference efficiency, creating generative data augmentation solutions, and deploying ML pipelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance hardware-software co-design and address data challenges through semi/self-supervised learning, domain adaptation, and large language models is essential.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience in developing scalable ML models, proficiency in Python and PyTorch, and knowledge of large-scale software architectures. Preferred qualifications are a PhD or Master’s, publications in AI conferences, experience with generative AI and responsible AI practices, and ongoing skill development.
