Research Engineers in Monetization AI develop large-scale models, optimize training for scalability, and create generative and sequence learning solutions. They design ML pipelines, collaborate on hardware-software co-design, and address data challenges with techniques like semi/self-supervised learning, domain adaptation, and large language models.
Minimum qualifications include a relevant degree, ML research experience, proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, and scalable model development. Preferred qualifications involve advanced degrees, peer-reviewed publications, expertise in generative AI, responsible AI practices, and ongoing skill development.
