What You Will Do
Design and implement machine learning models to monitor and analyze agent behavior at scale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements and milestones.
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights and optimize performance metrics.
Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate model performance and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation for algorithms and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Background
1 to 4 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with a strong understanding of machine learning libraries.
Experience in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL or similar technologies.
Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure relevant to AI and data processing.
Preferred
Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Compensation and Benefits
